A particularly memorable one was a contestant who sang completely off-key, yet passionately believed they were the next superstar. The judges, including Ragheb Alama, Ahlam, and Hassan El Shafei, struggled to keep a straight face as the contestant hit all the wrong notes with full enthusiasm.
At one point, Ahlam couldn’t contain her laughter, while Hassan buried his face in his hands. The contestant, however, remained unfazed and even argued with the judges, insisting that they didn’t understand true talent. The panel tried to be polite, but the situation became so absurd that it turned into an unintentional comedy show.
To top it off, some contestants would even add dramatic dance moves or unnecessary vocal effects, making the performance even more hilarious. Clips of such auditions often go viral, with viewers commenting things like “Give this person an award for confidence!” 😂
